All of our accommodations are individually owned and will vary in furnishings and decor. However, they will all be supplied with the following:

- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion
- Trash bags
- Dish Soap
- Coffee filters and a starter supply of coffee
Housekeeping: For a menu of housekeeping offerings please contact our front desk at 307.732.3655. Housekeeping services can be added weekdays with a 48 hours notice. Should you need anything during your stay, please call the front desk for assistance.
Wi-Fi: All of our accommodations come with complimentary Wi-Fi. Your code can be found in your pre-arrival information as well as the front page of the red Information Guide.
Comments and Concerns: Please contact the front desk immediately if there are any issues with your vacation rental. The sooner you let us know about any problems or concerns, the sooner we can address them! We appreciate all feedback from our guests, and kindly request that you fill out our online guest survey upon departure. Thank you for taking time to let us know how we’re doing!
Maintenance: Our maintenance staff is conveniently in the office from 8:30am until 5:00pm. Please call the front desk at 307-732-3655 to report any maintenance issue in your vacation rental. We also have an on-call maintenance technician for after-hours emergencies.
Lost and Found: If you leave something behind, just give us a call and we can assist in mailing it home for you. We do our best to locate any items left behind, but due to our quick turnover rate and thorough cleaning, we can’t guarantee a lost item will be found.
Tips for Altitude: The valley in Jackson Hole sits 6,311 feet above sea level with high exposure and low humidity. Be sure to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and give your body a chance to adapt with a good night’s rest.
Tips for Wildlife: Jackson is home to all sorts of wildlife such as moose, bear, buffalo, coyote, marmot and more. It is very common to see wildlife close to roadways. Please take caution while pulling off the road and obey wildlife signs and speed limit signs. It is unsafe to approach wildlife so please enjoy from afar. To keep animals out of trash be sure to keep trash secured in designated trash bins and do not leave food exposed in vehicles. Please remember, these are wild animals and they can be unpredictable!
Departure: We hate to see you go, but fortunately checkout is a breeze with JHRL. Check-out time is 10am. To checkout please enter the departure code (1-2-3-4-5-6) into your keypad or leave any keys and garage door openers behind that were left for you to ensure that you are not charged for lost keys or garage door openers.
- Kitchen: Any excessively dirty items in the kitchen should be cleaned. Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Load and start dishwasher upon departure.
- Trash and recycling: Trash throughout the house should be collected and put in wastebaskets or garbage cans. In Teton Village there is recycling located in the Ranch Lot parking area.
- Furniture: Any items throughout the house that have been moved from their original location should be returned, i.e. lamps, chairs, etc. There are additional fees associated with rearranging furniture.
- Close and lock windows and doors and turn off lights.
Air Conditioning: Due to the temperate climate here in Jackson Hole and short summer season, the fresh mountain air serves as the valley’s air-conditioning. Take it from the locals and consider opening the windows at night to let the cool mountain air in. While out exploring during the day, we recommend closing the windows and lowering the blinds to lock in the cooler air and block the sun’s heat. We provide fans in all of our vacation rentals and there is a limited supply of extra fans available at the Front Desk.
