The condo was wonderful. Having the little extras was really nice - small ice chest, folding chairs. One note: the microwave has an issue. It would run for about 1 minute then it would stop and only run about 20 seconds. Needs a repair.

The place was clean and included lotion, shampoo, conditioner and soap. My son loved the tub with jets. Laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent were included. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Fast internet and good heating and cooling.

Center of all restaurants

Stayed at Crystal Springs and the location was perfect! Right in the center of all restaurants and supplies! My daughters and I used Crystal Springs as hub for hiking Delta Lake and driving up to Yellowstone. Location is great and Jackson Hole Resort is great to work with! Quick response, honest, and easy to work with! Will definitely stay here again!

This was the best vacation we’ve ever had. We were sad to leave! The condo and location exceeded our expectations. A Jackson Hole employee called a couple weeks before our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. All of the access information was delivered on time and easy to use as promised! The parking space and storage locker were an added bonus! We will definitely visit again.

We used this lovely spacious really well stocked and appointed condo as home base for our daughter’s wedding in Jackson. Perfect! If I could give any caution it’s around the checkin process. We did not automatically receive the necessary codes and tracking down the property management company people who could provide them after hours generated unnecessary stress. Once we were in though it was fabulous!

Great location! The unit was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The underground parking was a nice touch. Check in process was seamless. We received emails prior to checkin as promised with access codes, directions, etc. They even emailed us that the unit was ready a little early and we could head on over. The decor was a little dated and could use a minor spruce up, but overall it was a positive experience.

Perfect place to make Amazing memories. I highly recommend staying at Crystal Springs. The management company was very attentive and answered any questions we had during our vacation!!! We stayed 3 nights, checked out to spend 2 nights inside the park at Yellowstone and returned for our last 3 nights - it was so nice to come back to our home base (the condo really did feel like home)!!

Everything was perfect. The house was clean and comfortable with all the must haves for an excellent stay. Views were amazing and we even saw a pit of Moose from the condo patio! We would love to come stay again.

Cozy and welcoming

Location is perfect! Walking distance to everything in Teton Village and stunning views of the mountains. The unit was exceptionally clean, and very cozy and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Could not have been happier with our stay. 10/10 would recommend and really hope we can stay there again. The location is perfect and it’s on the top floor so the ceilings are so high - it’s lovely. Great cozy spot for a wonderful JH stay!

Great location

We had a great time and stay. This condo was perfect for my family of 4. There is plenty of room! The location is convenient, the underground parking makes life easy and the WIFI is superfast. We even caught a night of the music festival going on at Walk Festival Hall. The jacuzzi tub in the master bath can't be matched! We couldn't have asked for more with our stay and will stay here again in the future!
