We have been working hard to make sure we deliver you a memorable vacation experience as we all begin to navigate a new normal. You likely have a few questions about what our community and company has been up to.
A few things you can expect, the same great service with added precautions:
- We’ve upped our cleaning standards. Our industry has historically set the standard for cleaning within the travel industry. We have taken what we do well and made a few changes based on recommendations from the CDC and Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA). - Contact free check-in and concierge services. Our office is currently closed to the public but our Vacation Specialists are available and ready to help make this the vacation of a lifetime.
- Contact free maintenance and housekeeping service. Should an issue arise during your stay and is in need of immediate repair, our maintenance staff will be sure you are out for the day prior to entering your property. Additional housekeeping is available for purchase and can be accommodated while you are out for the day.
Behind the scenes:
- Health screening of employees. Health and safety checks are conducted each day to monitor potential COVID-19 symptoms in staff members.
- Thorough staff training on COVID-19 policies and procedures aligned with local health departments.
- Physical distancing and Personal Protective Equipment worn during times physical distancing is not possible.

- Traveler Health Concerns. Any guest with a potential or presumed case of COVID-19 on property should contact St John’s Medical Center (SJMC), 307-739-4898, option 3, for a phone evaluation if you have:
- Fever, cough, chills, repeated shaking with chills, headache, shortness of breath, sore throat, muscle aches, new loss of sense of smell or taste, or other flu symptoms.
- Have been exposed to someone with coronavirus (COVID-19).
- Traveled to a high-risk area, as defined by the CDC.
- This list is not all inclusive. Please consult your medical provider for any other symptoms that are severe or concerning to you.
