Amenities:
Rates at the Aspens condominiums and Teton Pines townhomes include complimentary memberships to the Teton Sports Club. Most guests staying in Teton Village condominiums have complimentary access to the Sundance Swim and Tennis Club. Some vacation homes have complimentary memberships to the Teton Sports Club. Due to extreme weather conditions in Wyoming, sometimes availability and functionality of amenities cannot be guaranteed. Should your accommodation have a private hot tub, if conditions present operational issues, we will only be able to compensate up to $50 per night for the nights it is not available.

Contact us for more detail, 800-443-8613. Our properties are not suited to host events. We will not be ale to accommodate weddings, rehearsal dinners, tents or other functions at our properties. We would be happy to recommend some excellent locations for this purpose. Please contact us for complete details.

Cancellation Policy:
Summer 2013
Up to 45 days prior to arrival initial deposit will be refunded less a one night administration fee. Within 45 days prior to arrival guest forfeits all monies.

Please note that Jackson Hole Resort Lodging's cancellation policies are independent of weather, flight delays, and trip interruption. Travel insurance is available for purchase with all reservations. Please contact us for more details.

Rates:
Rates may be subject to change. Rates do not include sales tax or resort assessment. Some properties and all groups require the puchase of damage insurance.

Other Policies:
A security deposit will be taken upon check-in.
No refund or credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
We will do our best to ensure you stay in the property you booked. If a situation arises and a room move is necessary, we will provide a comparable property. Condominiums cannot be guaranteed for a specific location or rating.
Please, all properties are non-smoking. If you smoke in a property, there will be a minimum of a $1,000 cleaning fee.
Sorry, no pets. If you bring a pet into a property there will be a minimum of a $1,000 cleaning fee and having a pet is cause for eviction without refund.
Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is not responsible for items lost or stolen from your accommodation.
Damage insurance is required for some properties, and can be purchased for other stays.
The property you have rented may be listed for sale.
Please lock doors at all times.
Our properties are for families or friends to come and enjoy Jackson Hole, but we have various limitations on occupancies. The maximum occupancy of any property is two people per bedroom, and more specific limitations exist for properties as provided in our specific occupancy agreements. Group gatherings and events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, and other receptions and functions cannot be held at our properties. These prohibited gatherings violate County regulations and property covenants, and disturb our other guests. We reserve the right to terminate your occupancy if you hold a prohibited event. Some properties have a limited number of parking spaces.
Jackson Hole Resort Lodging properties are not handicap accessible. In addition, most properties require stairs for access. If you rent a property with a loft, please note that access to the loft might include a steep staircase, ladder or spiral staircase.
